Wirnora Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Wirnora: the website at wirnora.com, the dashboard at app.wirnora.com and the API at api.wirnora.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Wirnora ("Wirnora", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" means the business.

1. What Wirnora does

1.1 Wirnora is a custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway.

1.2 The supported assets and networks are those listed on our website at the time of use. At the date of these Terms that is USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. Our roadmap describes plans, not commitments.

1.3 Wirnora is not a bank, an e-money issuer or an investment service.

2. Your account

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

2.2 You must give accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We send security notices and changes to these Terms to that address.

2.3 Two-factor authentication is mandatory. You are responsible for:

Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

2.4 We do not require business verification to open an account. We may at any time ask you for information about you, your business, your customers or particular transactions. We may limit the Service until you provide it.

3. Deposits

3.1 A deposit is credited to your balance once it has reached the number of block confirmations we require. For BNB Smart Chain this is currently 15. Before that it is shown as detected, not credited.

3.2 If a block containing a deposit is later reorganised out of the chain, the corresponding credit is reversed automatically.

3.3 Only the supported asset on the supported network is credited. Funds sent on another network, other tokens, or amounts below the minimum deposit (currently 1 USDT) are not credited and may be permanently lost.

3.4 You are responsible for showing your customers the correct network, asset and minimum, using the information we provide.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 You can withdraw only to addresses you have registered in advance. A newly registered address can be used only after a 48-hour waiting period. This protects you if your account is compromised.

4.2 You are responsible for registering correct addresses. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you registered.

4.3 We may delay or refuse a withdrawal:

5. Fees

5.1 Our fee is 0.5% of each credited deposit. It is deducted from the deposit and shown on each one. The fee is rounded down to the asset's smallest unit.

5.2 We charge no fee for withdrawals. The blockchain network fee for sending a withdrawal is borne by you, as shown before you confirm the withdrawal.

5.3 There is no monthly, set-up or minimum fee. We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply only to deposits credited after the change takes effect.

6. How we hold funds

6.1 Funds received for you are held in blockchain wallets controlled by Wirnora. Your balance is your claim against Wirnora for that amount, as recorded in our ledger.

6.2 We keep a double-entry ledger in which entries are never edited after the fact. We compare the funds we hold on-chain with the total we owe to merchants at least hourly.

6.3 We do not lend, invest or otherwise use merchant funds for our own account.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service for, or to receive payments connected with:

You must not try to:

8. Suspension and termination

8.1 You can close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance.

8.2 We may suspend or close your account, or freeze funds:

Where the law allows, we will tell you why.

8.3 When an account is closed, we pay out the remaining balance to one of your registered addresses, less the network fee, unless the law requires us to hold it.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

9.1 We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Blockchain networks, node providers and other third parties are outside our control.

9.2 We may change, add or remove features. We give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what the Service does.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

10.2 Subject to 10.1, we are not liable for:

10.3 Subject to 10.1, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to your balance itself: we remain liable to pay you the amount we owe.

10.4 You will compensate us for losses arising from your breach of Section 7 or from claims by your customers relating to your goods or services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will email you at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to Wirnora's operations, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under mandatory consumer or business law.
